Cancellation and Refund Policy
“«we-translate.biz»” means Yuventa Services LTD or the Subsidiary and/or fellow subsidiary that sells or licenses the Product and services and/or Third Party Product concerned to Customer.

Translation service is a custom unique service for each specific client and you are being charged for translator’s working time to translate your document. Therefore,unless there’s something wrong with translation itself, we are not able to refund your translation order after the translation is finished.

If you need to cancel for any reason please email us to [email protected] quoting your order number, and if the translation is not yet started we may be able to refund.

Please note however that although the turnaround is quoted as 4 hours, some translations are finished as early as within one hour of receiving the order. Therefore,we may not be able to refund even if you email cancelation request quickly.

In unlikely event there’s anything wrong with translation, such as there’s a typo, or missing translation, please email us first quoting your order number and pointing out the error.

Refunds for translation and transcription due to cancellation
The portion of charges for work already performed is not refundable.
Should “«we-translate.biz»” receive a cancellation request prior to the completion of an order, the charges for the portion of work not yet performed may be refundable.

Refunds for foreign language interpreting due to cancellation
The portion of charges for non-cancellable travel expenses, rentals, reservations, deposits, and technician fees are not refundable.
If a cancellation request is received at least 24 hours in advance of the scheduled appointment time, the client will be eligible for a refund of interpreter fees.
If a cancellation request is received within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment, the client may be eligible for a refund of a portion of interpreter fees.
If a cancellation request is received after the appointment start time, the client will not be eligible for a cancellation refund.

Refunds for sign language interpreting due to cancellation
The portion of charges for non-cancellable travel expenses, rentals, reservations, deposits, and technician fees are not refundable.
If a cancellation request is received at least 48 hours in advance of the scheduled appointment time, the client will be eligible for a refund of interpreter fees.
If a cancellation request is received within 48 hours of the scheduled appointment, the client may be eligible for a refund of a portion of interpreter fees.
If a cancellation request is received after the appointment start time, the client will not be eligible for a cancellation refund.
